Established in September 2006, Gateway to Heath prides itself on assisting clients to achieve their personal best and goals through a fun and stimulating exercise environment. We offer clients a wide range of services to accommodate their needs including group training at homes, offices and local park lands in Sydney City and Eastern suburbs.

    Liam started gateway to health in 2006 because of my honest passion in helping people and because of my ongoing fitness background. this includes: representing italy, the australian and nsw universities rugby league team along with playing at the junior roosters, so i have had a huge experience in training and being trained as a team and big group scenarios. since starting gateway to health we have come along way to ensure that you get the best results with affordable prices, in this time period we have worked along side people such as shannan and michelle from the biggest loser, stephanie rice, danny green and many more through our expanded educational magazine we have published.

    Now we are focusing on group fitness WE ARE NOT A BOOTCAMP but a outdoor fitness lifestyle program to ensure you train for low cost and have the ability to train every day whilst getting the correct intensity and variety no matter what your fitness level.

Murray Fisher

  • Bachelor of Exercise Science
    Gradutes Diploma of Education (Secondary)
    ASCA Qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach

    Murray began his journey to become involved in the health and fitness injury in 2006 when he finished school and undertook a Bachelor of Exercise Science degree at ACU Strathfield. Along the way, he worked in developmental roles for the NSW Rugby Union and became a qualified strength and conditioning coach. Murray began working with Gateway2Health early in 2007 and continued his interest in the health industry. He has worked as a strength and conditioning coach for several rugby league and state representative senior netball teams, and continues to do so today. By the end of 2009, Murray completed a Diploma of Education and carried his knowledge and understanding of the health and fitness into a new career, and he now works as a qualified PDHPE Teacher at Oakhill College in Castle Hill. He maintains his involved in personal training by holding several group and personal sessions on a weekly basis, as well as a healthy and active lifestyle.

Jason Brown

  • Jason is an Exercise Physiologist who studied at the University of New South Wales. I began personal training as i was continuously active with rugby and surf-boat rowing, I decided a career in the fitness industry was the path i would take. I pursued this further by completing the Health and Exercise Science degree at university. Being active is a passion of mine and i thoroughly enjoy helping people reach their desired fitness goals. I am a fun loving and outgoing person who is easy to get along with!
