ITS COOL TO SWEAT!

Because we train out doors were always more likely to sweat more due to the sun, surf and intense workouts we love so much, but training in a high intense group always leads to a lot of sweat. We all know people who sweat buckets when they exercise, and others who hardly shed a drop.
