Timetable Key

  • Kettle Bells and Resistance
    This involves weight bearing exercise to develop strength and power to achieve a full body tone.

  • Body Weight Circuit
    This style of training uses our body in ways were we dont need the use of equipment to get that burn we all love so much. you will love it!

  • Cardio Training
    This involves all aspects of cardio, one of g2h favs to insure that everyone can blast the fat to see our sculpted muscles underneath.

  • Pad Work
    This involves boxing and kicking routines to get any frustrations you might have out on the pads, also a good cardio burn.

  • Mystery Training
    This is anything that we decide to throw at you. this is also for you the clients tell us what you want to work on in particular in this session.
